Hangman Sets the Stage for Gringo’s and Bullritos

Professional Kitchen Designers Sign Two-Project Contract

 

Houston—June 26 , 2008—Hangman Corporation, Professional Kitchen Outfitters, is pleased to announce a two-kitchen package deal with local restaurateur, Russell Ybarra. Hangman has designed and is installing complete kitchen packages for both Bullritos—slated to open later this year—and Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen.

 

Dedicated to serving the highest quality Mexican food at the lowest price possible, Ybarra’s full-service Tex-Mex restaurant Gringo’s has been in business for more than 15 years and has locations all over the greater Houston area and in San Antonio. Hangman is currently installing a full kitchen package for Ybarra’s eighth Gringo’s location, Gringo’s Shadow Creek at Pearland Town Center.

 

Scheduled to open in the fall of 2008 in La Porte, Texas, Bullritos is a quick-casual, family-friendly Mexican restaurant serving, as the name suggests, fresh burritos with a Spanish flair. Food preparation at Bullritos needs to be quick and accommodating; customers will choose from a variety of meats, beans, rice, cheeses and more to construct their own unique burrito. Hangman designed a customized, full kitchen package to complement this quick-serve style of cooking and serving.
